Role Overview:

We are seeking a

highly professional Female Associate Vice President - Salon Marketing

to lead and manage all marketing, branding, and client engagement initiatives. The role requires

strategic vision, leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury salon marketing

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

comprehensive marketing strategies

to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition. Lead

digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns

targeting premium clientele. Oversee

branding, public relations, and client communication

to maintain luxury positioning. Collaborate with salon operations to align marketing initiatives with

client experience excellence

. Analyze marketing performance, client feedback, and industry trends to drive growth. Manage

marketing budgets, vendor relations, and partnerships

. Train and mentor marketing team members to ensure professional excellence.

Requirements:

Female candidates only

1-3 years of experience

in luxury salon marketing, high-end hospitality, or premium brand marketing. Minimum

height 5'7"

Strong

leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Knowledge of

digital marketing, social media management, and branding

Proven experience in

campaign execution, client engagement, and ROI tracking

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

premium salon or luxury brand marketing

Ability to

coordinate with multiple branches or teams
