Assistant Manager - Sales (Plotting & Construction Projects)

Location: Mendhasala Square, beside Deras Seafood Park, Bhubaneswar

We are a fast-growing real estate and construction firm specializing in residential plotting and infrastructure development. Our Mendhasala Square site is a flagship project designed to offer premium plots with modern amenities in a rapidly developing corridor near Deras Seafood Park.

Role Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and driven

Assistant Manager - Sales

to lead customer engagement, drive plot sales, and support end-to-end sales operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled in client handling, and capable of converting leads into long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals Conduct site visits, explain project features, and address client queries Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for plot registration and agreement execution Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sale support Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or construction-related projects Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English Familiarity with Bhubaneswar's real estate market and local geography Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
