JumpStart Skill Foundation was established in 2014 in Vadodara, and is registered as a Sections 25 Company. JumpStart is a social initiative which serves as a training platform to provide employment enhancing skill development opportunities to economically underprivileged women who may not have had a chance to complete their formal education. The organization works towards creating specialized training programs in various professional disciplines common to the Corporate, Service and Retail sector. Apart from imparting skill based training, the candidates will also be trained in English Communication, Computer Education, Personality Development and Grooming Skills; to give them an overall empowering experience and make them 'Market Ready'. The organization progressively aims to collaborate with various business formats, to create and secure suitable employment opportunities ensuring economic upliftment and financial independence of the trained candidates.

: 10 am to 6 pm
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination from concept to launch for specific projects running at the organization.
Regular Admission Process.
Coordination & execution of new batch delivery in a timely manner as per schedule
Preparation of case studies for each student post batch completion.
Making Weekly Reports every Monday to be emailed to our Benefactors.
Development of Student mobilization strategy to recruit students for new batches in the field & through marketing channels
Coordination of marketing activities prior to the launch of a new batch e.g. newspaper dates & times, coordination with Social Media person.
Monitoring student retention & analysing student dropouts - reasons & rectifying solutions.
Establishing and maintaining Anganwadi & Field connect in the community for all selected areas by the organization
Maintain student database with up-to-date information on all the students.
Fees Collection & Maintenance of Files for Registrations of Students post-closing of Batch Admissions.
Maintaining the Drop Out Files of Students.
Document and spreadsheet management for all Master Databases for Field mobilization, Field marketing, Anganwadi & Schools.
Coordinate with the Curriculum Coordinator for identification of new activities to be conducted at the AWC's.
Strategy building for new parallel programs that can be initiated at the organization with new target audience & demographic. Reports on the markets trends/ mobilization reports.
Coordinator with benefactors & stakeholders to initiate new programs to be conducted at the organization.
Project report generation for all projects, workshops & events conducted at the organization delegation of the tasks for the individual.
