Job Overview:
Pudami Builders is seeking a confident and charismatic female Real Estate Anchor to be the face of our brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in at least two of the following languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English. This role involves hosting property-related video content, engaging with potential clients through live and recorded sessions, and lending their voice for promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:

• Host engaging real estate videos showcasing Pudami Builders projects, property features, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct live and recorded sessions to provide in-depth insights into real estate offerings.
• Engage with potential clients through video calls, live Q&A sessions, and on-site presentations.
• Record professional voice-overs for marketing videos, property walkthroughs, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling scripts and engaging video content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Prior experience in anchoring, media, voice-over recording, or customer engagement is preferred.
• Passion for real estate and the ability to present property details persuasively.
• Comfortable with live interactions and audience engagement.
