Key Responsibilities:
Write engaging, original scripts for podcasts and digital content
Host and anchor podcasts confidently in both Hindi and English
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to brainstorm fresh ideas and relevant topics
Maintain a high level of energy, clarity, and enthusiasm while on-air
Edit podcast recordings as needed to ensure high-quality output
Stay updated with content trends and language styles to enhance audience engagement
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months
of experience as an anchor, host, or content creator
BJMC degree
(Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication) is mandatory
Excellent spoken and written communication in both Hindi and English
Strong scriptwriting skills and the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats
Comfortable working with podcast equipment and basic editing tools
A creative, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
