Position Overview

We are looking for a

Female Admission Counselor

who is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about guiding students toward their career goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries. Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students. Convert leads into enrollments to achieve monthly admission targets. Keep accurate student data and update admission records. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams for student onboarding.

Requirements

Female candidates only. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident, result-oriented, and good at convincing students. Experience in counseling, telecalling, or education sales will be preferred.
