Female Admission Counsellor

to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about our programs, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all families.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all admission-related inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media. Counsel parents on curriculum, teaching methodologies, facilities, and enrollment procedures. Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective parents. Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or school software. Support the school's marketing and outreach activities such as open houses and promotional events. Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processes. Meet monthly admission and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all parent interactions.

Requirements:

Gender:

Female (as this role involves parent counselling for a preschool environment)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Marketing preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling, customer service, or education sector preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities. Pleasant personality with a child-friendly approach. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
