Handle inbound & outbound calls to guide students about courses, universities & admission processes
Counsel students based on their academic background, career goals & budget
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structures, and admission benefits
Follow-up with leads & convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain student data in CRM / sheets & track daily follow-ups
Coordinate with universities/partners for application and enrollment process
Achieve monthly admission targets & generate quality admissions
Assist students in form filling, documentation & fee submission
Build professional rapport with students & parents
Participate in training, events, and webinars (if required)
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduation preferred
Experience: 0-3 years in counseling / tele-sales / education admission / customer service (Freshers can also apply)
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Ability to explain courses & guide students professionally
Good convincing & negotiation skills
Basic computer & Google Sheets/CRM handling skills
