We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with departments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow within the office. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Make outbound calls to prospects and handle incoming calls professionally.
Manage client/student inquiries and provide necessary information clearly and accurately.
Maintain proper documentation of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Organize and update office files, records, and student data systematically.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office and CRM tools.
Prepare basic reports, call logs, follow-up sheets, and other required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for sharing updated lead status and documentation.
Handle email communication and maintain proper documentation of all correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Prior experience as an admin assistant, office coordinator, or tele calling/BPO role is an advantage.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling both administrative and communication tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
