The Admin Female Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, handling employee coordination, scheduling meetings, and communicating with investors. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional and positive office environment.Oversee all administrative and office management tasks.
Handle employee management activities including attendance, leave records, and coordination.
Schedule, organize, and manage meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external investors.
Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure smooth communication flow between departments.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative budgets.
Support management in daily operational tasks and confidential matters.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Salary & Benefits:
?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
