female Admin Executive

to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle office administration, client coordination, and documentation. Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Assist in preparing quotations, itineraries, and invoices. Coordinate with suppliers, travel partners, and internal teams. Maintain records, reports, and filing systems. Provide administrative and customer service support to management.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office roles (travel industry experience preferred). Good communication skills in English and local language. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organized, reliable, and presentable personality.

Female candidates preferred.
