The Admin Executive should support the daily administrative and operational tasks at the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as production, sales, logistics, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
Manage office documentation, scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, letters).
Maintain & track records of employee attendance, overtime, and leave.
Inventory & Procurement Support:
Coordinate with the store team for raw material and packaging stock levels.
Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
Order follow-up's with existing clients and also to look out for establishing New Clients/Dealers over tele-calling.
Maintain purchase and delivery records.
Logistics & Dispatch:
Assist in planning dispatch schedules and transport coordination.
Ensure documentation like invoices, e-way bills, and packing lists are prepared accurately.
Liaise with transporters and clients for timely delivery.
Compliance & Safety:
Support factory compliance related activities.
Keep documentation updated for inspections and audits.
Coordination & Reporting:
Act as a bridge between factory floor and management.
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and circulate MOMs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1 to 2 years experience in a manufacturing setup. Any experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG would be an added advantage.
Proficient in
MS Office
,
Tally/ERP
, and basic reporting tools.
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain discretion.
