We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive
Female Office Assistant
to support our day-to-day administrative and clerical activities. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. She will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner
Organize and maintain physical and digital office files
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Support HR with data entry and filing
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and common areas
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
