Trust Chemsol Pvt. Ltd. is a growing chemical manufacturing company specializing in household and industrial cleaning products. We are looking for a talented and responsible female candidate to handle administrative, accounting, and secretarial duties at our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and GST-related entries.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and customers as required.
Support management with secretarial work, scheduling, and reporting.
Handle HR and attendance records of staff.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of company documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Company Secretary course preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Admin or Accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software (Tally preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Salary:
Based on experience and performance.
