Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports.
Inter and intra-branch coordination.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock audits.
Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Update and maintain accurate inventory data.
Should have sound knowledge of GST filings, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of GST returns
Ensure inventory handling complies with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounts and/or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control practices.
Proficiency in
Tally Prime
/ERP software.
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
Knowledge GST
Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
