Accountant :

An Accountant to manage the finance and accounting with various financial tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with well accounting knowledge who want to gain practical experience. The Accountant helps maintain accurate financial records, conducts basic financial analysis, and ensures compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering transactions into the accounting system. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage with processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding payments. Bank Reconciliation: Compare bank statements with internal records to identify any discrepancies. General Ledger Maintenance: Reconcile accounts, post adjusting entries, and generate reports to keep the general ledger updated. Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements , balance sheets, Trial balance, P&L and Cashflow . Expense Management: Track and analyze expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. Audit Support: Help prepare documentation and assist during internal and external audits. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Data Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
