: Account Manager (Indian Accounting)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Account Manager

(female candidate only) with strong expertise in

Indian accounting practices

. The candidate should be well-versed with end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliances, and financial management. The role requires handling day-to-day accounts, finalization of books, taxation, and ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting cycle including bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Prepare financial statements, balance sheet, P&L, and MIS reports. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense management. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities. Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory documents. Maintain payroll, employee reimbursements, and related compliance. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Implement internal financial controls and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. Liaise with management to provide insights on financial performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements

Female candidate only. Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting; Master's or CA Inter preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Indian accounting (real estate industry experience is an advantage). In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
