We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselors / Telecallers with 1-2 years of experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to guide students and parents about courses and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about available courses, admission procedures, and career options.

Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries.

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.

Maintain student data and update daily reports.

Assist in admission, documentation, and fee payment processes.

Achieve monthly targets for admissions and lead conversions.-

Required Skills:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / CRM tools).

Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

1-2 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales (education field preferred).

Salary:

As per industry standards (with attractive incentives).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
