Female Academic Counselor
who can confidently guide students and entrepreneurs, handle inquiries, and support enrollments through
ethical and professional counseling
.
The Academic Counselor will be responsible for handling inbound student inquiries, explaining Amazon training programs, understanding individual goals, and guiding candidates toward the right learning path.
This is
not a pressure sales or telecalling job
. It is a counseling and advisory role focused on long-term student success.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins
Counsel students on:
Amazon seller training programs
Business models of Amazon
Course structure, duration, fees, and outcomes
Understand student background (beginner, working professional, business owner)
Recommend the most suitable program based on goals
Maintain proper follow-ups and inquiry records
Support admissions and onboarding process
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams
Meet monthly enrollment targets with ethical counseling
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only
Excellent communication skills in
English, Malayalam (HINDI will be a plus)
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to explain business and Amazon concepts clearly
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp tools)
Well-organized and follow-up oriented
Professional attitude with student-first mindset
Preferred Experience
Experience in
education counseling, EdTech, training institutes, or admissions
Exposure to
Amazon, e-commerce, digital marketing, or business courses
is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in Amazon business are welcome
