Job Responsibilities:

1. Good customer service skill and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries that they might have during the phone conversations regarding Up-skilling programs.

2. Assisting students in course selection as well as scheduling the classes

3. Students fee collection & updating.

4. Responsible for the maintenance of proper database of students & updating of sales figures from time to time.

5. Fast learner and passion for sales and target-oriented.

6. Self motivated with a results driven approach

7. Responsible for timely reporting to managers.

Requirements:

The candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent communication and customer care skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in students counselling and sales.
