Lead and manage field staff and Haqdarshaks in assigned district(s)
Hire, onboard, train, and mentor Haqdarshaks from local communities
Spend at least 90% time in the field engaging with citizens and stakeholders
Mobilize communities for application camps for government schemes
Coordinate with government officials, banks, and development partners
Conduct digital productivity and financial literacy trainings
Maintain reports, documentation, and field data
Take complete ownership of district-level operations
Eligibility & Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social sector / livelihoods / social protection
Experience in entrepreneurship development projects preferred
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must possess a laptop & two-wheeler
Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills
Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions
Passion for grassroots work and social impact
