Field Sourcing Executive - Aluminium & Copper Scrap
About the Role
We are a metal scrap trading company dealing in aluminium & copper scrap.
We need field-based executives who can visit factories, furnaces, foundries, identify buyers, collect purchase manager details, and help us sell scrap.
This is a ground-level, field job -- not an office role.
Key Responsibilities
Visit aluminium & copper furnaces / foundries across Delhi-NCR
Identify real scrap buyers
Collect purchase manager / owner contact details
Understand scrap grades used (Taint/Tabor, Tense, Copper Millberry, etc.)
Take daily buying rates from buyers
Help close trial orders (no credit commitment)
Share daily visit reports on WhatsApp / Excel
Experience in scrap, metal, foundry, transport, factory marketing preferred
Ex-scrap yard staff, weighbridge staff, transport coordinators welcome
Freshers with industrial area exposure can apply
Must be comfortable with field work & factory visits
Education
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) is a plus
Salary & Incentives
Option 1: Fixed + Incentive
?12,000 - ?18,000 per month
Incentive: ₹1-2 per kg OR ?1,000-3,000 per truck sold
Option 2: Commission Only (Trial Period)
Per buyer onboarded / per truck basis
(Final structure discussed during interview)
Skills Required
Good communication (Hindi mandatory)
Knows how to talk to factory owners / purchase staff
Basic smartphone & WhatsApp usage
Honest, street-smart & persistent
