We are looking for a Field Support Executive to provide onsite technical and operational support to our customers. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of devices/equipment at client locations. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites to provide installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices/equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues in the field.
Provide technical training and product demonstrations to customers if required.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
Coordinate with the internal support and engineering teams for issue resolution.
Document service reports, customer feedback, and update logs in CRM/system.
Maintain company assets (tools, devices, vehicles) responsibly during field visits.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while working onsite.
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in [IT/Electronics/Mechanical/Any relevant field].
Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates with prior experience in field support, customer support, or technical support will be given added weightage.
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, IoT devices, networking).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple field visits daily.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
Knowledge of CRM tools, ticketing systems, or basic reporting is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IoT devices, industrial equipment, or technical support roles.
Ability to handle pressure situations and maintain customer satisfaction.
Two-wheeler driving license (if frequent local travel is required).
