Required skills and qualifications
Ability to work independently and travel to different locations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.
Proficiency with technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various online platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
Knowledge of best practices in recruiting and HR is beneficial.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is often preferred.
