Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Survey Execution - Complete up to 80 property surveys per day (SPOC) in assigned zones of Amritsar.

- Data Collection - Record property details (ownership, dimensions, usage, tax status) using the prescribed digital tools.

- Verification - Cross?check field observations with municipal records; flag discrepancies.

- Reporting - Submit daily survey reports and photos through the designated portal within 24?hours.

- Travel - Manage local travel to survey sites; claim travel expenses as per policy.

- Stakeholder Liaison - Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for property owners and municipal officials during the survey.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geography, or related field. 10 th and 12 th

- Experience: Minimum 1?year of field survey experience; prior work with municipal property tax surveys is a plus.

- Skills:

- Proficient with GIS/Android survey apps.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication in Punjabi/Hindi/English.

- Physical: Ability to walk/long?stand for up to 8?hours and travel within the city daily. Compensation & Benefits

Component Amount

Base Salary ?18,000 per month

Travel Allowance ?2,000 per month (reimbursed on actuals)

Other Benefits - Weekly off (as per contract)

On?job training Performance?based incentives (up to ₹1,000 per month)

? Working Conditions

- Contract Type: Third?party roll (no permanent benefits).

- Shift: Flexible, but must meet daily survey target of 80 properties.
