About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Reality Sales Strategist to join our real estate team. The role involves building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving property sales through effective strategies and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Engage with prospective clients, understand requirements, and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct site visits on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) to showcase projects to clients.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into successful closures.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to streamline sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Office-based/field sales activities

Saturday & Sunday: Site visits with clients

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ?35,000 per month
Attractive incentives on closures
Salary negotiable for candidates with proven experience and strong track record in real estate sales
Who Can Apply:

Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills are welcome.
Ability to work independently and handle weekend site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
