About the Role
We're hiring for Feet-on-Street (FoS) to expand our B2B lead generation across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will visit offices and business hubs, pitch our product to SMBs and enterprises, and generate qualified leads through direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit 25-30 businesses per day across Delhi NCR
Identify potential decision-makers (CEO, CTO, Sales/HR/IT Heads)
Conduct product demo and collect lead details
Share company brochures, business cards, and WhatsApp/email pitch
Update lead sheet daily (Google Sheet or CRM)
Coordinate with sales team for follow-ups and closures
Who Should Apply
0-4 years of experience in on-field sales, B2B marketing, or business development*
Experience in SaaS / Telecom / Fintech / Logistics / FMCG preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable traveling across Delhi NCR daily
Immediate joiners preferred
