Key Responsibilities

? Direct Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers in person, often in retail environments, at events, or in specific locations.

? Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in a product or service.

? Sales and Promotion: Presenting products or services to customers, answering questions, and closing sales.

? Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

? Marketing and Awareness: Increasing brand awareness and promoting products or services through various methods.

? Data Collection: Collecting information about customer preferences and demographics to improve future marketing efforts.

? Problem Solving: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

? Reporting: Tracking and reporting on sales performance, lead generation, and other key metrics.

? Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and nonverbally.

? Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, including persuasion, closing deals, and handling objections.

? Identify and engage with key project stakeholders to create business opportunities.

? Develop and manage long-term relationships to evolve furnishing business from early design to execution stages.

? Work closely with operations to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

? Drive revenue growth through strategic relationship management and account development.

? Maintain and update CRM with lead, pipeline, and customer interaction data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
