About the Role:We are seeking dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Executives to join Feelivacation, a premium travel and retreat planning company. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring, engaging, and growing corporate accounts by pitching our bespoke retreats, wellness offsites, and destination events.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new corporate clients (HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, CXOs).- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.- Develop customized proposals for corporate retreats, offsites, and wellness programs.- Negotiate and close deals with a consultative approach.- Manage the sales pipeline, achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.- Coordinate with operations and hotel/tour partners to deliver seamless experiences.- Represent Feelivacation at networking events, corporate forums, and trade shows.Requirements:- 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in MICE, Hospitality, Travel, or Wellness.- Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand corporate culture and design tailored retreat/wellness solutions.- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer:- Competitive base salary+ attractive performance incentives.- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with marquee corporate clients.- Exposure to luxury travel, retreats, and premium destination partnerships.- Growth trajectory into leadership roles as the company scales.
