Job Profile



Monitor and respond to customer feedback across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, phone) and manage the end-to-end customer feedback process, including complaints, compliments, and other service-related input. Regular Reporting and work closely with department head to ensure feedback is addressed in a timely and appropriate manner. Prepare regular reports to analyze the data.

Fluent communication in English, Hindi, Gujarati Active listening ability MS Excel
Qualification B.com/ Any Non technical bachelors degree
