Saaras Feed is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Feed Marketing Executive to drive market expansion and product promotion across the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and channel partners while ensuring consistent product visibility and sales growth. The candidate will serve as a key representative of Saaras Feed and play a crucial role in strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing strategies to promote Saaras Feed products to farmers, dealers, and retailers.
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate feed solutions.
Identify and onboard new dealers, strengthen the existing network, and improve product penetration.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring proper market coverage.
Plan and conduct farmer meetings, product demos, and promotional activities.
Provide technical guidance on feed usage, livestock nutrition, and best practices.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and submit timely reports.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily reporting, route plans, and customer interaction records.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related fields (preferred).
1-5 years of experience in feed marketing or the agro-livestock sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage field activities independently and meet sales goals.
Basic knowledge of livestock nutrition is desirable.
