Feed Mill Operator

Experience:

1-4 years preferred

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / 10th-12th with relevant experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Feed Mill Operator

to operate and monitor feed manufacturing machinery. The role involves handling grinding, mixing, pelleting/extrusion support activities, maintaining quality, and ensuring safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate

feed mill machines

(Hammer Mill, Mixer, Pellet Mill / Extruder, Dryer, Cooler) Monitor

process parameters

and product quality Ensure correct

raw material feeding

as per formulation Assist in

start-up and shutdown

of machines Perform

routine checks and basic maintenance

Identify and report

machine abnormalities or breakdowns

Maintain

housekeeping and hygiene

in the plant area Follow

safety procedures, SOPs, and 5S practices

Maintain

production and shift log records

Coordinate with

Shift Incharge and Maintenance team

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of

feed manufacturing process

Experience in

Aqua Feed / Pellet / Extruder plant

preferred Ability to handle

machinery and shop-floor activities

Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

Physically fit for plant operations

Salary: As per industry standards PF, ESI, Bonus, Leave & statutory benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
