Job Description

Objective:

- To lead plant maintenance operations across all KKUL facilities, implemening preventive and preditive maintenance programs that ensure zero downtime, optimize equipment performance, and support scalable manufacturing aligned with KKUL's public market readiness goals.

WILLING TO RELOCATE TO VANIYMABADI. ROOM WILL BE PROVIDED

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans across all plants.

- Establish a centralized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking equipment health

- Ensure uninterrupted plant operations by minimizing breakdowns and unplanned stoppages.

Equipment & Asset Management:

- Oversee maintenance of critical equipment, utilities, and infrastructure across multiple plants.

- Conduct periodic inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of plant machinery.

- Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability.

Vendor Management & Procurement of Spares:

- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers for spare parts, consumables, and maintenance services.

- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and timely availability of critical components.

- Establish approved vendor lists and standardize procurement processes across all plants.

Team Leadership & Training:

- Lead a multi-location maintenance team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

- Drive training programs to enhance skills in predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

Predictive Maintenance & Technology Adoption:

- Deploy modern tools such as IoT sensors, vibration analysis, and thermal imaging for predictive maintenance.

- Collaborate with technology vendors for automation and advanced maintenance solutions.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards in all maintenance activities.

- Maintain proper documentation for audits, compliance, and statutory inspections.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to synchronize maintenance schedules with plant operations.

- Provide technical support during new plant setups, equipment installations, and commissioning.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years in maintenance feed manufacturing industry.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems maintenance.

- Vendor Management: Proven experience in sourcing and managing spare parts, consumables, and service vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
