Job Description

The Feed Production In-Charge

is responsible for the production of high-quality feed at the feed mill. The role involves ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control measures, stock maintenance and supporting the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Production

: Plan, organize and supervise all aspects of feed production to ensure timely and efficient output.

Quality Control

: Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee feed safety and consistency in quality.

Inventory Management

: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished products and production supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Team Support

: Provide daily support to the production team in areas including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance.

Data Collection and Analysis

: Gather and analyze data related to production efficiency, feed quality and inventory trends to improve processes and reduce waste.

Reporting

: Prepare and submit detailed reports on production activities, quality control results and inventory status to the Head of Department.

Compliance

: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and safety standards within the production facility.

Requirements:

1. Education : Any Bachelor's degree, Diploma or related field.

2. Experience : 2-3 years of experience in feed production or a related industry.

3. Computer Proficiency : Basic computer operating knowledge, proficiency in

MS Excel

and

ERP systems

is required.

4. Technical Skills : In-depth understanding of poultry feed production processes and machinery.

5. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities.

6. Teamwork : Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
