The Fee Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely fee collections, maintaining accurate payment records, and building positive relationships with students/parents/customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact students/parents/customers to follow up on pending fee payments.
Maintain and update fee collection records accurately in the system.
Send reminders and follow-up messages via phone, email, or SMS.
Address queries related to fee structures, due dates, and payment modes.
Coordinate with the accounts team for fee reconciliation and reporting.
Provide daily/weekly reports on collections and pending dues to management.
Ensure smooth payment experiences for students/parents/customers.
Handle escalation cases with professionalism and empathy.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and payment systems.
Ability to work under deadlines and achieve collection targets.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Experience in fee collection, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.
