Plan, organize, and control fabrication production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Review production schedules, engineering drawings, and manpower requirements.
Supervise and lead the fabrication team (welders, fitters, and machine operators).
Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery.
Monitor production quality and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Maintain safety, 5S, and discipline on the shop floor.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily production and performance reports.
Read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings accurately.
