Job Description

We are looking for an Executive / Sr Executive-LMS ( Feasibility and Delivery).

You will be part of a Last Mile Services team that is responsible for Last-mile Wireless and Wireline Media Feasibility , Delivery and, maintenances, Last-mile Uptime highly available network architectures that meet business objectivesand SLAs.

In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of Last-mile broadband vendors across country and help Project Team ensure it LMS delivery right from, Hunting new vendor , Feasibility , Procurement , Documentation and delivery at client premises and after delivery Vendor Relationship and management.

Responsibilities

Last-mile Media Feasibility and Vendor management Search New and establish a relationship with Existing PAN India MBB/ISP vendor for Last-mile broadband delivery and Installation

Conduct and ordinate with Existing and new vendor partners for Last-mile media feasibilityConduct feasibility on 4G LTE & on a quality basis. Also maintaining feasibility accuracy Identify problems of Vendor issues and recommend resolutions according SLA and guideline manage end to end LMS Vendor Lifecycle right from feasibility , onboarding , Vendor Registration, delivery and Support if required

? End to end vendor evaluation and scoring to be done & The variance between the delivery time quoted by the vendor and the actual delivery time for a single order or a series of orders.

? Taking ownership of customer issues reported via NOC and seeing problems through to

resolution

? Measures the performance of the LMS vendor for SLA ,Uptime and Services Performance

? Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

? Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & telecom Operator

? Prepare accurate and timely reports and MIS

? Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals and maintain jovial relationships with Operator

Requirements

? Hands-on experience & deep knowledge of Wireless LTE, and Wireline in the enterprise

environment.

? Good troubleshooting skills and identifying/locating the area of the problem.

? Detailed knowledge and Understanding Vendor procurement and management

? Proven working experience as a network engineer.

? Excellent client-facing and internal communication Skills

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Qualifications: Graduates/ Postgraduates from IT background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per year
