Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the Wind & Heavy Machinery Industry.
- Proficiency in production and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with TechPub Studio or any XML-based Component Content Management System.
- Thorough understanding of work environment and safety protocols.
- Experience with production documentation.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Teamcenter, Teamcenter visualization mock-up, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of NX and design is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of design principles, documentation practices, and technical concepts.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on attention to detail and commitment to task completion.
- Value transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Process-oriented and methodical in approach, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable with navigating changes and uncertainties.
