Roles & Responsibilities:

• Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1 to 3 year experience in finite element analysis (FEA) especially in heavy engineering or turbomachinery domain.
• Proficiency on FE tools like ANSYS (Classic/workbench) and Hyper mesh is must.
• Good experience on writing the Analysis reports is must.
• Experience in Linear, Non-linear analyses and debugging the convergence issues.
• Knowledge of Elastic-plastic assessments, Low cycle fatigue and High cycle fatigue calculations.
• Exposure to vibration analysis of the components, Goodman diagram, Campbell plot etc.
• Knowledge in substantiations of MRB/Non-conformances/Concessions components.
• Experience in APDL macros.
• Knowledge on Repair procedures and Engine manuals.
• Knowledge on PYTHON, ANSYS, UG-NX

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Proficiency on FE tools like ANSYS (Classic/APDL) and Hypermesh.

Desired Skills:

• PYTHON, ANSYS, UG-NX
• Excel VBA coding
