Job Description



Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations politely and professionally. Basic understanding of smartphones, warranty policies, and service processes. Strong skills in documentation, work order management, and coordination with engineers and back-office staff. Problem-solving attitude with patience and confidence in dealing with different customer situations. Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in records. Positive personality and service-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement



Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Good computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, data entry, email handling). Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk operations.
