What's the Job?

As a

Guest Service Associate (F&B)

, you will ensure our restaurant and dining outlets are welcoming, clean, and efficient, providing guests with a fresh and enjoyable experience after a busy day. You will be the face of the brand in F&B service, creating a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for every guest.

Your Day-to-Day

Greet and welcome guests, taking food and beverage orders promptly and professionally. Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages according to health and brand standards. Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with hotel policies. Clear and reset tables efficiently; maintain cleanliness of restaurant, chairs, walls, windows, and floors. Perform outlet opening and closing duties; keep service stations clean and stocked. Handle guest payments and process transactions as per cash and charge procedures. Take prompt action to resolve guest complaints/service issues using service recovery guidelines. Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

What We Need From You

A passion for people and service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay on your feet for long hours and handle physically demanding tasks. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous F&B/restaurant experience preferred, but not mandatory. Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
