Designation - Captain/F&B Executive/F&B Supervisor

Location - Ambience Gurgaon and Gurgaon Sec - 66

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

: Supervise daily activities in F&B outlets, ensure set-up/breakdown, manage reservations, and maintain service standards.

Staff Leadership

: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate F&B staff, delegating tasks and ensuring team performance.

Guest Experience

: Greet guests, assist with selections, handle complaints, and ensure high-quality service for guest satisfaction.

Menu & Product

: Assist with menu development, ensure accurate product knowledge, and manage content/collateral for promotions.

Inventory & Finance

: Monitor stock, manage orders, control budgets, and analyze data to reduce costs and increase revenue.

Compliance & Standards

: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
