Store Incharge (F&B)

to manage the restaurant's inventory, procurement, and stock control operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of

Pet Pooja software

and hands-on experience in

food & beverage inventory management

. Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, verifying deliveries, recording consumption, and ensuring cost efficiency and timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and monitor daily inventory of food, beverages, and supplies. Maintain records using

Pet Pooja

or similar POS/inventory software. Coordinate with kitchen and purchase teams for stock planning and requisitions. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure FIFO and hygiene standards in storage areas.
