Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

F&B Supervisor

with a strong background in luxury hotels. The ideal candidate should have a stable career track record, demonstrate leadership in delivering exceptional dining experiences, and ensure seamless service operations in line with The Postcard Hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day
to
day operations of the restaurant, bar, and in
room dining services. Ensure consistent delivery of personalized and high
quality service to all guests. Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the F&B service team. Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate service flow and guest requirements. Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards as per hotel guidelines. Handle guest feedback proactively to ensure complete satisfaction. Monitor inventory, assist in cost control, and support revenue initiatives. Uphold brand values and ensure that team members represent The Postcard Hotel ethos.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. Minimum

3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage service

with at least

1-2 years in a supervisory role

at a luxury hotel. Proven track record of career stability (no frequent job changes). Excellent guest interaction, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on detail. Ability to work in a boutique/luxury environment that demands personalized service.
