About the Role

ANNAM FOOD & RESTAURANT PVT. LTD. is looking for a skilled and responsible

F&B Captain

with strong

Outdoor Catering (ODC) experience

to lead our service team and ensure smooth operations during events and restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise restaurant & outdoor catering service operations Train, guide, and coordinate stewards/service staff Manage ODC setup, service flow, buffet management & client coordination Ensure top-quality guest service at events and in-restaurant Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards Coordinate with kitchen team for timely supply & service Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally Monitor billing accuracy, table setup, and service sequence Conduct shift briefing and staff allocation

Requirements

Outdoor Catering (ODC) experience is mandatory

Minimum 5 years as F&B Captain/Sr. Steward Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of F&B and banquet service standards Must be disciplined, polite, and guest-oriented Basic POS/billing knowledge preferred
