Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

F&B Service Supervisor

to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and dining areas. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of guest service, maintain smooth service flow, and support the F&B team to deliver an exceptional dining experience that aligns with our wellness resort's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily F&B operations in restaurant, room service, and banquet areas. Ensure excellent guest service by monitoring staff performance and providing training as needed. Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for seamless service. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards as per resort policies. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when required. Support the F&B Manager in team scheduling, reporting, and department goals.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in F&B Service, preferably in a resort or hotel setting. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the food & beverage sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle guest interactions with a service-oriented mindset. Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field. Proficiency in English and Malayalam
