Inventory control of Food and beverages and kitchen equipment's, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Up keeping the kitchen and restaurant by proper and timely maintenance.
Inventory Management including ensuring availability (Food, housekeeping, Amenities, Linen, Crockery/cutlery)
Zero Guest complaint on room services & order calls
All decisions should made in the best interest of the Resort and management
Timely reporting of all issues, food cost and income records.
Manage the work of other support staff during their leave.
