Job Description

Operations:

Manage daily food & beverage service, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and lead F&B teams, monitoring performance and fostering a positive environment.

Menu & Quality:

Collaborate with chefs on menu design, ensuring high standards for quality, presentation, and safety (HACCP/OSHA).

Financials:

Control budgets, monitor costs, manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and meet revenue targets.

Customer Service:

Handle complaints, build customer loyalty, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Strategy:

Develop business plans, implement marketing, and adapt to food trends to boost sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
