We are looking for a technically sound and service-driven F&B Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery, team coordination, and exceptional guest experiences. You must be well-versed in technical F&B systems, inventory controls, and luxury service protocols. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on service skills with strong operational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support service teams across restaurant, in-room dining, and bar. Ensure service consistency, guest satisfaction, and timely operations. Train and guide team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS systems. Manage inventory, requisitions, and stock controls using hotel systems. Monitor hygiene and safety standards in all F&B areas. Liaise with kitchen and other departments for seamless service coordination. Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating when needed. Maintain reports on daily operations, billing accuracy, and guest preferences.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory F&B role, preferably in a luxury hotel. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Gujarati is a plus. Technically competent, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,702.59 per month
