Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented

Female F&B Steward

to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages as per service standards Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable at all times Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards as per hotel policy Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations Assist in billing and ensure correct settlement of guest checks Follow all safety, hygiene, and service SOPs

Eligibility & Requirements:

Female candidate preferred Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or cafe service is an advantage Good communication skills in English and local language Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Physically fit to stand for long hours

Skills Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Teamwork and coordination Basic knowledge of food & beverage service Positive attitude and willingness to learn
